We’re over at Flat No 501 in the B Wing of La Chapel. It’s right on Palton Road in Malad West. Being near Ryan International School means there is always a bit of traffic around drop-off times, but we’ve gotten used to that. A V A Realtors has been in this spot for a bit. It’s a quiet enough office once you get inside. We mostly spend our time looking through listings and talking to folks who want to move into the area. Malad is changing fast and we try to keep up with what's happening on each street. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular workspace where we keep our files and meet people. Sometimes we’re out on the road more than we are at our desks. If the door is locked, we’re probably showing a property nearby. We handle a lot of the paperwork that people find boring or confusing. It’s just how we make a living. We know the shortcuts around Palton Road and which buildings have the best views. We don't use a lot of fancy talk here. If you come by, you’ll just find us working through the daily tasks. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the neighborhood and the people we meet every day. It keeps things interesting for the whole crew. We have a few chairs for visitors and the fan is usually running to keep the heat away. It is just a normal, local office.
