You have to go to Malad East to find us. We are located in Flat No 301 in the A Wing of Ruia Apar. It is an older building but it is sturdy and right near the Malad Railway Station which is very convenient for anyone taking the train. Being so close to the station means the area is always packed with people and there is a lot of noise from the announcements and the trains passing by. We have been doing estate agency work from this flat for a long time. It feels more like a home than a cold office which is how we like it. People come in and sit on the old sofas while we talk about flats and shops in the Malad area. We know these streets very well because we have lived and worked here for so many years. The stairs up to the third floor keep us fit since the lift can be a bit temperamental sometimes. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign outside. Just the name on the door and our reputation in the neighborhood. Most of our work comes from people just walking over from the station or neighbors telling their friends about us. It is a busy life in a busy part of Mumbai and we are just right in the middle of it all at Ruia Apar. We just keep the files organized and try to help people find a place that fits.
