Ritu Estate Agents is right in Shop No 1 of the Nidhivan Shopping Center. We are located in Malad East. If you know where the McDonald's and the Axis Bank are, we are directly opposite them. It's a very busy corner. There is always a lot of noise and activity around here. Being in Shop No 1 means we are right at the front, so we see everything that happens on the street. We spend our time helping people find places to live or work in Malad. It’s a fast-paced area and things change quickly. The shopping center has a lot of different businesses, but we've been here for a good while. People often stop by after visiting the bank or grabbing a burger across the way. Our shop isn't very big, so it can get crowded when a few people come in at once. We keep it simple with just the basic furniture. We don't have any fancy brochures, just our knowledge of the local buildings and streets. Malad East has a lot of narrow lanes and tall buildings, and we try to keep track of all of them. It's a lot of walking and talking. Sometimes we close up for a bit to go look at a flat nearby. We just aim to provide a straightforward service to the people in our community. Nidhivan Shopping Center is quite an old place now, but it’s still very popular for locals.
