Renuka Properties is found in Malad East. Our office is at number 9 on Hosur Road, inside Gangabai House. We are right opposite Shivaji Chowk, which is always full of people and traffic. It’s a very lively spot to be in. We have been working from Gangabai House for a long time now. People in Malad East know the chowk well, so finding us is never an issue. Our business is quite small and personal. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us sitting in the office, waiting for folks to drop by with questions about homes or shops. Hosur Road is a busy stretch, and we are right in the heart of it. We know the landlords and the families who have lived here for generations. When we show a property, we talk about the practical things like the water supply or how far the station is. We don't use a lot of sales talk. We just show what is there. Shivaji Chowk can be loud, but it’s the center of everything here. We like being part of that energy. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, but it’s comfortable and everyone is welcome. We handle mostly local listings that we find through our own contacts. It’s a simple way of working that has suited us well over the years. We just take things one day at a time.
