You can find Pushpa Estate Agents right on Rani Sati Road in Malad East. We are directly across from Raheja Tipco Height, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. This area gets quite crowded, but that's just how it is here. We mostly deal with the houses and shops around this specific part of Malad. It is just a small team of us working out of this office. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just know the local landlords and the people who want to move in. Sometimes we spend the whole day just tracking down keys or checking out a new listing that just came up. It’s not always glamorous work, and the office gets a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but we get things done. We like being in this spot because everyone passes by on their way to work. If you are looking for a place or trying to sell one, we just sit down and figure out the steps. No complicated systems, just pen and paper and a lot of talking. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new towers going up where old houses used to be. We just keep doing our thing, helping neighbors out with their property needs. It’s a straightforward way to make a living and we don't plan on moving our office anytime soon. It works for us.
