Our small shop is located in the Sunshine Society over in Malad East. We are at Shop No A/2 right on Eksar Road. If you are looking for us, the best way is to find the Mathaji Vaishnavdevi Temple first. We are very close to it. It’s a nice area with a lot of people coming to the temple, so there is always a bit of life on the street. We work as estate agents, mostly helping families find apartments in the buildings around Malad. It’s a lot of walking up and down stairs to show people different rooms. We’ve seen the Eksar Road area grow quite a bit lately. There are always new shops opening up. We try to keep a good list of what’s available for rent or sale so we can help anyone who walks in. Our office is simple, just a couple of desks and some chairs. We don't go for anything fancy because we’d rather spend our time out looking at properties. We know the local landlords and the building secretaries pretty well. It helps when someone is looking for a specific kind of place or budget. Sometimes the traffic on Eksar Road gets a bit much, especially during the festival times near the temple, but we like the energy. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by name now. If you need a place to stay in Malad East, just drop by the shop after visiting the temple.
