Prem Realtors

Prem Realtors is located at G 121 in Shagun Arcade. If you’ve spent any time in Malad East, you probably know the area can get quite crowded, especially during the rush hours. Our office is right there in the middle of it all. It’s a small unit on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just pop in when they are passing by. We have a lot of folders stacked up on the desks because there is always something to file. The arcade itself is always busy with different businesses, so there is a constant hum of people talking and doors opening and closing. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, trying to coordinate between buyers and sellers. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just a lot of follow-ups and checking on paperwork at the registrar’s office. We have a few chairs for guests, though they are a bit worn out now. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in the summer. We don’t really do fancy brochures or big presentations. Usually, we just sit down with a notebook and explain how things stand. It’s a lot of work keeping track of all the different buildings in this part of Malad, but we’ve been here long enough to know the shortcuts. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us where we deal with real people and real buildings.
