You can find us at Shop Number 2 in the Sahakar Apartment. We are located in Malad East, right next to the Sangeeta Theatre. That theater is a landmark most people know, so finding our shop is usually pretty simple. We have been here for a long time now. Malad East is a very crowded and fast-moving place, so our office stays busy throughout the week. We spend most of our day on the phone or out in the streets showing flats to people. It is a lot of running around from one building to another. We have seen this area change quite a bit over the years, with new shops and apartments coming up everywhere. We know which parts of the neighborhood are quiet and which ones stay busy all night long. Our work is mostly about connecting people who have a place with people who need one. We do not do anything fancy. We just look at the papers, talk to the owners, and try to make sure everything is in order. It is a small shop, and sometimes it gets crowded when a few clients come in at once, but we manage somehow. People often stop by after watching a movie at the theater just to see what the property rates are like. We give them the straight facts.
