We are located over at Shop No 4 in the Sankalp Building. If you know Malad East well, you know how busy it gets around Gokuldham Market. That’s exactly where we are. It’s a small place, nothing fancy, just a few desks and some chairs for when people come in to chat about finding a home. We’ve been sitting in this spot for a good while now, watching the market crowds go by every single day. Some people just pop in because they saw the sign while buying vegetables nearby. We handle things here in a very straightforward way. There’s no big corporate office feel or anything like that. It’s just us. Most of the time, the fan is humming and we’re looking through local listings on the computer or talking on the phone with owners. Malad is a crowded place and finding a spot can be a headache, so we try to help out where we can. We know the lanes around here pretty well since we spend all our time in this neighborhood. If you are walking past the Gokuldham area, you’ll probably see us. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the local buildings and who is moving out or moving in. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people telling their neighbors about us.
