Our little office is tucked away at the corner of Haji Babu Road and Jitendra Road. If you know the area near Sagar Classes, you've probably walked right past Navkar Estate Agency without thinking much about it. It’s Chwal No 5/60, right in the thick of things in Malad East. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside, especially when we have a few people visiting at once. We handle property stuff, mostly just helping people find a place to stay or sell what they have. There’s usually a stack of folders on the desk and the tea kettle is almost always on. It's a family-run kind of feel here. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers pretty well by now. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but that’s just life in this part of town. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just us in a practical space getting through the daily paperwork. Most days involve a lot of walking around the neighborhood to look at different spots. It's simple work but it keeps us on our feet. We've been at this location for a bit, and we like being close to the A B Corporation building. If you're around the corner, you'll probably see one of us standing outside talking to a client. We try to be helpful when we can, even if it's just giving someone directions or chatting about the local market prices over a quick cup of tea.
