Maa Real Estate

We have been around Malad East for a while now. Our office is right at 206 Harni Road, not far from Sangita Talkies. People in the neighborhood know us as Maa Real Estate. It is just a small place where we handle property things. Most days are busy with folks coming in to ask about flats or shops around here. We don't do anything fancy. It's just us sitting at the desks, looking through listings and talking to neighbors. Sometimes the traffic on Harni Road gets a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. If you are walking past the cinema, you will probably see our sign. We know this part of Malad pretty well because we spend all our time here. Dealing with houses can be a headache, so we try to keep things straightforward. There is no big corporate talk here. We just show what is available and tell people the truth about the spots. The area has changed a lot over the years, but we stayed in the same spot. It is a decent place to work. We help with paperwork and stuff like that when someone wants to move. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing things down in ledgers. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the streets and the buildings nearby. That is pretty much what we do every day at Maa Real Estate.
