Knowledge Estate Agent

Being right across from Kalpana Hospital means there’s always people moving around outside. Knowledge Estate Agent is located inside the Knowledge Center building. Malad East can get pretty crowded, especially during the morning and evening rush hours near Shivaji Chowk. We’ve been sitting in this same office for quite a bit of time now. The space isn’t huge, but it fits exactly what we need for our daily tasks. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or looking through old files in the cabinets. We see a lot of different people coming through the doors because of where we are situated. It’s a convenient spot for anyone in the neighborhood to just stop in and ask a question. We don’t have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just happen to know the local streets and who is looking to sell or rent. Sometimes the noise from the street gets inside when the windows are open, but you get used to it after a while. Dealing with property in Mumbai is always a bit of a headache with all the paperwork, so we just take it one day at a time here. The hospital is a good landmark for people trying to find us. If you get lost near the chowk, you just look for the big medical sign and we’re right there nearby. We keep things pretty simple. No fancy coffee machines, just a place to sit and talk about shops. It’s just us working through the lists.
