Our place is over at Sahyadri Apartment in Govindraj Nagar. If you know the main road in Malad East, you’ve probably passed by shop number seven. It’s a busy spot, especially in the afternoons. We handle property things around here, mostly just helping people find somewhere to live or a small office space. It’s not a big corporate setup. It's just us sitting in the office, dealing with landlords and tenants. Some days are slow, other days the phone won't stop ringing. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Most people who come in are locals or folks moving for work. We keep a ledger of what’s vacant and what’s not. Sometimes we’re out on the street showing apartments, so the office might be locked for twenty minutes. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s basic stuff, really. We look at documents, talk about rent, and make sure the agreements are done right. If you’re walking down the main road, you’ll see the sign for Govindraj Nagar. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. Just the office and a couple of desks. It works for us and the people who live around here. We just try to keep things moving along without any fuss.
