Janki Properties

Janki Properties is situated at F-73 in Malad East, right across from the Oberoi Mall. Being opposite such a big landmark means there is never a dull moment. The traffic on the road outside is almost constant, and there are always people rushing to and from the mall. Our office is a lot simpler than the big shops across the street. We have a modest room with some chairs for visitors and a desk where we keep our records. It’s a bit of a contrast to the shiny mall, but we like it that way. We don't use fancy software for everything; we still write a lot of things down in our registers. It feels more real that way. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but we just close the door and keep working. We know the local chai stall nearby and often get a cup in the afternoon. People stop by Janki Properties to ask about things in Malad, and we do our best to help them with whatever information we have. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do our job well in our little corner of Malad East. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes and we’ve gotten used to the pace.
