We are located in Sanpada, specifically in the Malad East area near Jambhulwadi. If you know the neighborhood, we are right opposite Sagar Appartments. Being across from those apartments makes it easy for folks to point us out. Dhanlaxmi Estate Agency is a local operation through and through. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time, watching Malad East grow and change around us. The street can be a bit narrow and crowded, especially with all the cars parked around Jambhulwadi. Our office is a simple place. We have a couple of chairs for visitors and a desk that’s usually covered in notes. We don’t use any fancy software or big corporate strategies. We just talk to people and keep track of who is moving where. A lot of our day is spent walking around the local blocks or meeting people at their homes. It’s a bit of a slow process sometimes, dealing with all the local regulations and paperwork, but we just take it one step at a time. People in the area know us by name, and we like it that way. It’s not about being the biggest agency; it’s just about being here and being available when someone in the neighborhood needs help with their property. It’s a very local life we lead here and we're used to the noise.
