You can find us at Room No 1 in the Gaushala Chawl. We are right in Malad East, specifically the Mundhwa side, directly opposite the Ramleela Ground. It’s a lively area, especially when there are events going on at the ground. Our office is small, just a single room really, but it serves us well for what we do. We’ve been helping people with housing and rentals around Malad for quite some time now. Living and working in a chawl means we are part of the community. We know the neighbors and we know the buildings around here better than anyone. People usually just drop in while they are out running errands. There’s no need for an appointment or anything formal like that. We have our files, a couple of stools, and a lot of local knowledge. The agency isn't about being fancy or having a big polished lobby. It’s about knowing which landlord is reasonable and which flat has the best sunlight. Sometimes the noise from the Ramleela Ground makes it hard to hear on the phone, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. It’s where the action is. We handle the paperwork, talk to the owners, and try to make sure folks find a decent place to live without too much trouble. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it the same way for years.
