Our place is Gala Number C 10, inside the Mukadam Compound in Malad East. It’s right across from the Heena Gaurav Tower, so it’s not too hard to find if you're in the area. The compound can be a bit crowded with trucks and stuff moving around, but we’re tucked in there. We work on real estate stuff, mostly around Malad. It’s a lot of walking around and looking at different properties. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s just an office where we keep our records and meet people who are looking for a place. Malad East has changed a lot, with more towers going up every year. We try to keep track of what’s available, whether it’s a small room or something bigger. We aren't corporate people. We talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some days are slow, and some days we’re running around until late at night. We’ve been at this address for a while, so we know the local landlords and how things work around here. If someone needs a place, we just look at what’s on the list and go from there. There’s no big secret to it. We just know the neighborhood. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We just focus on the facts and try to help folks find what they need without any of the usual sales talk or pressure. We're just here to get things done.
