Mala Dey

I work out of my place in Andheri West at Vrundavan Enclave. It is flat number 502 in the C Wing of the Benhur Building. It is a residential area which makes for a much calmer environment than the commercial hubs. My setup is simple and it is just me handling my daily professional tasks from a home office. Being in a building like Benhur means I am part of a small community of neighbors who see me coming and going every day. It is not a place where I have a big sign outside or a bunch of employees running around. Instead, I keep things quiet and focus on the work I need to get done for my clients. The view from the fifth floor is quite nice especially when the weather is clear over Andheri. I started working this way because it allows me more flexibility and a direct connection with the people I help. I do not use any complicated business jargon or have a marketing strategy. I just talk to people like a regular person and we figure out how I can assist them. Sometimes I meet people at the local cafe downstairs if we need to discuss something more in person. It is a very personal way of doing business and I find that people appreciate the honesty and the lack of corporate fluff. It is just me, Mala Dey, working out of my home and trying to do a good job every single day.
