We are located in Kandivali West at Kamla Vihar. Our spot is C310 in Mahavir Nagar. Makwana Property Broker is a small business, and we’ve been operating out of this area for years. Mahavir Nagar is always bustling, and there are always new things happening. We spend most of our time acting as brokers for properties around here. It involves a lot of phone calls and even more walking. Our office is a simple one. We have a few chairs for when neighbors or clients stop by. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know the Kandivali streets really well. We don't have any polished scripts. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. Finding the right place can be a headache, so we just try to make it a bit easier by knowing who is selling what. The building at Kamla Vihar is easy to find once you are in Mahavir Nagar. We are usually here during the day, unless we are out showing a flat. Sometimes we get caught up in long chats that have nothing to do with property. That’s just how it goes here. We like the neighborhood and the people in it. If you need a broker who isn't going to give you a sales pitch, that’s us. We keep our records in old-fashioned registers because it’s easier than fighting with a computer all day long. It works just fine for what we do.
