You can find us on the ground floor of Kalyan Bhuvan, which is Plot 468. We are tucked away in B-2 on Dadar Matunga Road Number 34. It’s a classic Mumbai spot, right near Khalsa College. Because we are so close to the college, there are always students around, which keeps the energy up. Kings Circle is the main point people use to find us. The building has that old Mumbai charm, and being on the ground floor means people can just walk right in from the street. We deal with property stuff around the Matunga and Dadar area mostly. The office is a bit small, and sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we like it here. There is a lot of history in these streets. We know the shopkeepers nearby and where to get the best south Indian food for lunch. Our daily routine involves a lot of walking to check on different buildings and talking to the people who live in them. We aren't fancy people. We just sit at our desks, do our work, and talk to whoever comes through the door. It’s a simple life at Makh Realty Llp. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but the basic way we do things stays the same.
