Our office is set up at A-1 in Rugani Place. We are located on Race Course Road in the Kandivali West area. It is a bit of a different vibe than the main market streets, maybe a little more relaxed but still plenty of traffic. The office isn’t much to look at, just a room with some desks and a lot of registers. We’ve been doing this for years, mostly helping people find a decent place to live nearby. We know which buildings on Race Course Road have good water and which ones have parking issues. That is the kind of stuff you only learn by being here every day. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they saw our name while walking to the station. We drink a lot of chai and talk to anyone who stops by. Sometimes it gets loud when the traffic picks up outside, but we just close the door. We don't use much technology besides the basic stuff. We prefer showing houses in person rather than just sending pictures. It’s more honest that way. You can see the walls and the plumbing for yourself. We’ve seen Kandivali change a lot, but our little corner at Rugani Place stays pretty much the same. We just do our daily work and hope to help someone find a home they like.
