Maintaineers

We have been over at Ratnadeep Ap for quite a while now. It is Room 305 in Wing B. If you know where the Abhyudaya Bank is in Borivali East, we are right there above it. It's a busy spot but not too hard to find once you are actually in the area. We do all our maintenance work here at Maintaineers. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, but we are almost always in. Being in Borivali East makes it pretty easy for locals to drop by if they need something. We started off quite small and just kept going from there. People around here know the building well. We try to keep things simple and avoid any fuss. There is usually a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks, but we know where everything is. It is just how we work. Dealing with repairs and upkeep keeps us busy from the morning until the night. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at different sites, but Room 305 is where it all starts for us. We like the neighborhood. It has got a good energy to it. If you are coming from the station, it is not a long walk at all. We have seen the whole area change and grow but we stay right here.
