Jai Hind Glass Depot

Jai Hind Glass Depot is located right on S. B. Marg, very close to the Mahim Station. If you know Mahim, you know how crowded it gets with everyone coming and going from the trains. The noise from the station and the traffic outside is just something we have gotten used to over the years. We deal with all kinds of glass sheets and mirrors in our shop. It isn't a huge place, just a simple depot where we keep the big racks of glass. Usually, you can find me or my brother here cutting glass to size on the big wooden table. The floor is almost always covered in tiny bits of glass, so we have to sweep it up multiple times a day. We don't really have a fancy office or anything corporate. It is just a local spot where people come when they need a window fixed or a new mirror for their home. We get our tea from the stall next door and talk to the other shop owners on the street. It gets a bit tricky when we get new stock delivered because the trucks have a hard time parking on S. B. Marg without blocking everything. We just make it work though. People see our sign when they walk to the station and they just stop in. We don't need much more than that. It is a straightforward business in a very busy part of town.
