Mahendra J Belekar is based in the Royal Sand Building, A Wing, room 303. We are located on Tilak Road in Andheri, which is one of those places that never really sleeps. If you know Andheri, you know how Tilak Road gets during the day. Our office in the A Wing is a bit of a sanctuary from all that. It’s a basic setup on the third floor. We have enough room for our files and our desks, and that’s about it. We don’t believe in wasting space on things we don’t use. The Royal Sand building has been around for some time, and it has that lived-in feel. We are just a few people working together, trying to stay on top of everything. Sometimes the rain makes the windows rattle, and the sounds of the traffic are always there in the background, but it’s home to us. We don’t have any grand statements to make about what we do. We just show up every morning, open the files, and start working. There’s a tea shop around the corner where we usually get our lunch from. It’s a regular routine for a regular business. We aren't looking to be the biggest or the most famous; we just want to do our jobs right and go home to our families at the end of the day.
