Mahavir Properties is located at number 2 on the Andheri A G Link Road. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Meera Tower. It’s a very busy road, so there is always the sound of cars and buses zooming past. Sometimes it’s hard to hear the phone if the windows are open, but that’s just life on the Link Road. Our office is a simple setup on the ground level. We have been working out of this spot for quite some time now. We mostly help people find flats or office spaces in this part of Andheri. It’s a lot of walking back and forth to different buildings to show people around. We don't have any glossy advertisements or a big marketing budget. We just have our name on the door and our phone number. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or saw our board while stuck in traffic. We spend our time checking on new listings and talking to owners who want to rent or sell. It’s a straightforward business. We don't make big promises; we just show people what is on the market and help them with the paperwork if they like something. It’s a busy life in Andheri, but we’ve got a good handle on how things work in this specific stretch of the road, and we just keep at it every day.
