Mahale & Associates Architects

Mahale & Associates Architects is based out of Dadar East at 150 Bamroli Road. It’s a familiar spot in the neighborhood and we’ve been operating from here for quite some time. The office is usually a bit noisy with the sound of the street and the printers going, but we’ve gotten used to it. We are a small team and we mostly focus on local projects around this part of the city. There is always a stack of drawings on someone's desk and a few half-empty cups of tea sitting around. We don't try to impress people with fancy office decor or big presentations. Most of our clients just want to know how their building is going to turn out and how much it will cost. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the practicalities of construction, like checking on materials and talking to the guys on the site. Dadar East is a place where you have to be practical, and we try to bring that into our architecture. If a design doesn't work for the people using it, then it’s not a good design, no matter how it looks. We have shelves full of old files from projects we did years ago, and we’re still here doing the same kind of honest work every day. It’s just a regular architectural practice where we try to do our best by the people who hire us to get things finished.
