Mahakkali Property Dealers

The Shere Punjab Colony in Andheri East is a pretty specific kind of place to live. I have been running Mahakkali Property Dealers from 277 here for a bit now. It is a lot of residential stuff, families who have been here for decades and then the younger crowd looking for a quiet spot that is not too far from the main roads. I usually spend my mornings just walking the lanes to see which houses might be looking for new tenants. People around here know me, or at least they know where the office is. It is nothing special to look at, just a regular door in the colony where you can walk in and ask what is available. Dealing with property in Shere Punjab is mostly about knowing the families and who is planning to move or sell. I do not bother with the big advertisements you see on the highway. It is more about the word of mouth and the people who walk in after seeing the address. Some days it is quiet and I just drink my tea, and other days three people are looking for the same flat. I like being in this part of Andheri because it feels a bit different from the crowded markets. It is more about the houses and the trees along the colony roads. I just keep my books updated and talk to whoever comes through the door looking for a place to call home.
