Mahakali Real Estate

If you find yourself near the Ekta Nagar Bus Depot in Kandivali West, you have probably walked past Building Number 17 many times without thinking much about it. My shop, Mahakali Real Estate, is tucked in there at Shop Number 008. It is right on the corner of the 1st B Cross and 3rd Main, so I see all the buses and people heading home every evening. I have been working out of this small space for a good while, mostly dealing with the flats and shops around this specific block. It is not the kind of place with air conditioning or flashy posters on the walls. Mostly, it is just me sitting here with a register and a phone. Folks come in when they need a place to stay or if they are trying to lease out their shop. Kandivali West has changed a lot, and the area near the depot is always moving. I spend a lot of time just talking to the neighbors and the bus drivers who stop for tea nearby. It helps me know what is actually going on with the buildings around here. Sometimes someone will bring in a listing for a rental, and I just write it down and wait for the right person to ask. It is a simple way of working, really. I do not have a big team or anything, just this one shop in Building 17 where I try to stay on top of the local housing stuff.
