Mahakaali Property Dealers

I have been sitting here at 277/3 in Andheri East for quite some time now. You know how it is in the New Golden Market area, it stays pretty busy with people coming and going from Tolani College just down the road. This spot near Fifth Season is where I usually spend my days. If you are walking around here, you probably know the building. I handle the property stuff around this part of town, mostly just helping folks find a room or maybe a small shop space when things open up. It isn't a very fancy office or anything, just a desk and some chairs where we talk about what is available in the market. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during the morning rush, but you get used to it after a few years. People stop by to ask about rents or if any of the older buildings are going for sale. I try to keep track of who is moving out and who is looking to move in. It is mostly local talk and keeping an eye on the boards. Being right here in Andheri East means there is always something happening. I do not really do the big corporate things, just more of the regular neighborhood work. It has been a steady way to spend the day, watching the market change and seeing new faces near the college.
