We have our office at number 4 in Panvel. It is a very straightforward place and we have been here for a long time. We deal with reality and property around this area. Panvel has grown so much lately, and we have seen it all happen from our little office. The space is quite small, just enough for a few desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk to us. We don't have any fancy decorations or expensive carpets. The floor is just plain tiles. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about land and different buildings in the area. We try to be direct and just tell people how it is. We aren't the type to use a lot of sales talk or try to pressure anyone. Most of our clients are local people we have known for years. The office can get a bit hot in the afternoons, so we always have the fans running. Sometimes we go out to look at a property and leave a note on the door. It is a very simple way of doing business. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to make a living and helping people out with their property needs. We like the pace of things here in Panvel. It's not as rushed as the main city, but it's getting there.
