Madhur Om Realty

Madhur Om Realty is based out of No.18 in Kandivali East at Swapnapurti. We have been working from this office for a good while now. It is a local spot where we mostly deal with the flats and rentals around this specific neighborhood. The office itself is pretty simple. We just have a few desks, some chairs for people to sit on, and a lot of folders stacked up. Most days are spent either on the phone or walking over to nearby buildings to check on things for owners. It gets busy, and sometimes the paperwork is a bit of a headache, but that is just part of the job. We know these streets really well because we are here every single day. We do not do any big fancy speeches or use glossy brochures. People usually just drop by when they are looking for a place to stay or if they want to sell their unit. We try to give everyone a straight answer without making things complicated. Sometimes the coffee machine in the corner does not work right, so we end up going to the tea stall down the road. It is a small team here, no corporate vibes at all. We just focus on finding a middle ground that works for both the owners and the tenants. It is basic work, but it keeps us going. We have seen this area grow over the years and we just stay focused on our tasks at No.18.
