Madhu Estate

Madhu Estate is located at B 607 in the Vinsur Building, right in the heart of Kandivali West. A good way to find us is to look for the National Ice Cream shop, as we are directly opposite that landmark. It is a busy building and there is always something going on in the hallways. Our office is not very large, but it is where we do all our work, mostly focusing on the residential buildings in this part of Mumbai. We have been here for a long time, so we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit as new towers go up. Mostly, we deal with people looking for flats or owners who want to rent out their places to decent tenants. It is a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and meeting people at the gate of various housing societies. We keep a stack of old files and a computer that is a bit slow, but it gets the job done. In the evenings, the area gets really crowded with people getting ice cream, and sometimes the noise comes right into the office. We don't do fancy marketing or anything like that. Most people just know us because we have been in the Vinsur Building for so long. We just handle the daily business of property, making sure the paperwork is okay and that everyone knows what they are signing. It is practical work and we like being part of the Kandivali community.
