Madhav Laser

Madhav Laser is located in Gala No 135 on the first floor, but the building is basically the cellar area of the Vardhma Dahisar Super Market. It is right behind the petrol pump, which is the easiest way to tell people how to find us. Being in a cellar means it’s a bit tucked away from the main road noise, but it can get quite cramped when we have a lot of materials delivered. The workspace is filled with the hum of the laser machines and the smell of stuff being cut. We don’t have much in the way of decoration. The walls are just plain concrete and there are wires running along the ceiling to power everything. It’s a functional space above all else. We have a few workbenches where we sort through the finished pieces, and there’s always a fine layer of dust on everything. We spend most of the day hunched over the machines or checking the measurements on a piece of metal. It gets hot, especially in the afternoons, so we usually have a couple of big fans blowing all the time. There is a small area where we keep our bags and have our tea. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably find us right in the middle of a job with our sleeves rolled up. It’s just a small, busy shop in Dahisar.
