Machine Tools Company

Machine Tools Company is located on the first floor in Room 43, right inside Chikhal House in the Kalbadevi area. If you are familiar with Kalbadevi, you already know it is a place that is always crowded and moving very fast. We are situated right in the thick of all that energy. You have to walk up the old stairs to find where we are. It is an older building with a lot of history, but it serves our needs just fine. We have our equipment and stock set up in Room 43 and that is where the team spends the majority of the day. It can get a little bit cramped when we have a lot of new inventory coming in, but we have learned how to manage the space over the years. We are not interested in those new glass buildings you see in the newer parts of town. This place has a lot of character and it is conveniently close to all the other trade shops in the district. We deal with machine tools every single day. It is what we know best. Some of our staff members have been working in this very room for many years. We often talk to the other shop owners on the same floor. There is a small, tight-knit community inside the building. The lighting in the hallways isn't always the brightest, but we have plenty of light in the shop to see what we are doing. Kalbadevi can be a tough place to navigate if you are not used to the narrow streets, but for us, it is just home. We do our jobs, pack up the orders, and get them out to the customers. It is a simple routine that has not changed much since we started. We do not bother with glossy brochures or anything like that. People just know where Room 43 is and they come up when they need tools.
