Our place is Maa Shakti Developers & Property Consultant. You can find us at number 6 in the D M Singh Compound. It is right in Kandivali East, specifically over in Mubarakpur Ta Kalol. We are situated in the Thakur Complex, just across from Sharda Tower. It is a busy spot with plenty of people moving around. We have been doing this for a while now, helping folks figure out their property situations. Whether it is consulting on a new project or just looking at a flat, we stay busy. The office isn't anything special to look at, but we have everything we need to get the job done. Being opposite Sharda Tower makes it easy for people to find us. We know the Kandivali East area quite well since we spend most of our lives here. There is always something happening in Thakur Complex. We handle the developer side of things too, which means a lot of looking at plans and dealing with local rules. It's hard work and some days are longer than others. We don't use any of those big marketing words. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. If someone needs help with a property in this part of town, they usually find their way to our door in the compound. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
