You can find us in Borivali West, right at Tirupi Restaurant 22. We’ve been serving pav bhaji to this neighborhood for quite a while now. It is a simple operation. We have the big flat griddles where we mash the vegetables and toast the bread with plenty of butter. The sound of the spatulas hitting the metal is something you hear all evening. It’s a lively spot, especially on the weekends when families come out. We don’t have a lot of fancy decor. It’s mostly just tables, chairs, and the smell of spices in the air. We focus on getting the bhaji right every single time. It is a lot of work, chopping all those onions and tomatoes by hand, but that is how we do it. Sometimes the crowd gets a bit much and people have to wait on the sidewalk, but they don't seem to mind. We appreciate the patience. Our staff is a small group of hardworking guys who have been with us for years. We don't go in for big advertisements. The people around Borivali know where we are. It’s a humble place, and we are just happy to be a part of the local food scene here. Just come by, grab a plate, and enjoy the meal without any fuss. We stay until the last plate is served and the griddle is finally cleaned for the night.
