M4U Properties Estate Agent

We have been operating M4U Properties Estate Agent out of Kandivali West for quite some time now. Our office is located at Plot Number 109, specifically in Room Number 20. If you are familiar with the area, we are just a short walk from the Tulsi Vihar Hotel. It is a pretty simple setup we have here. There are no fancy decorations or big reception desks, just a few of us working on property deals and helping people find somewhere to live. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or heading out to show someone a flat nearby. Kandivali is a busy place, so we are always on our feet. We know the local landlords and which buildings have a steady water supply or fewer parking issues. It’s the kind of stuff you only know when you work in the same spot for years. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when a few clients show up at once, but we make it work. We handle the paperwork and try to make sure everything is clear between the buyer and the seller. It isn't always easy, and sometimes there are delays with the documents, but we just keep pushing through. We don't do much in the way of big advertising. Most people find us because they saw our sign or a friend told them to come chat with us. We just try to be helpful and keep things moving.
