M T Properties

M T Properties is located in Andheri West. We are specifically at 302 Komal Building on Lane No 2. This is in the Chintamani Nagar area, near Survey No 309. We deal with properties around this part of town. Andheri is always a chaotic place to work, but we’ve gotten used to it. The office is on the third floor. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at flats and commercial spaces. It’s not a glamorous job like you see on TV. There’s a lot of walking around and checking papers. We know these lanes pretty well by now. Lane No 2 is usually a bit quieter than the main roads, which is nice. We’ve seen many families move in and out of the neighborhood. People come to us when they need a place to rent or if they are looking to buy something small. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us who know the local market. Sometimes deals fall through at the last minute, which is frustrating, but we just move on to the next one. We don't use much jargon. We just tell people what’s available and what the rent is. It’s a basic service for folks trying to find a home or an office in Andheri. We keep our files organized as best as we can and try to answer every call.
