We are based at E-1 in the Shivprasad Shukla Chawl Complex in Dahisar East. You can find us near the Shoppers Stop, which most people use as a landmark when they’re coming to see us. Our operation is very small and quite traditional. We’ve lived and worked in this chawl for a long time now. We mostly handle general trading and supplying various goods to local shops. It’s not the kind of business that needs a big warehouse or a fancy storefront. We do most of our work from our room here, keeping track of orders and talking to our regular customers. There’s a lot of noise and activity in the complex, but that’s just how life is in Dahisar. We know everyone around here, from the shopkeepers to the families living next door. We don't do any big promotions or advertising. Our business has always been built on just being here and being reliable for the people who know us. Sometimes business is fast and other times it is slow, but we just keep at it every day. It’s a very simple way of doing things. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change over the years, but our little spot in the chawl stays pretty much the same. We just provide what’s needed and keep our accounts in order while chatting with neighbors who pass by our door. It is a quiet but steady life.
