M K Welankar Associates is located at Ganesh Niketan, specifically 4/2 on V S Agashe Road in Dadar West. It’s an older part of the city, and our office reflects that a bit. We’ve been here long enough that the walls have a few scuffs and the floorboards might creak in certain spots. We aren't interested in being the flashiest firm on the block. We just want a reliable place to sit and handle our business every day. Being in Dadar means we’re centrally located, and it’s easy for people to find us if they know the area. The office is usually filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional horn from the street outside. We keep a fairly relaxed atmosphere here. There aren't many suits or ties to be seen; mostly just us in our regular clothes, working through our lists. We have a lot of old files kept in metal cabinets that have seen better days. It’s a practical space for practical work. If you drop by, we might be in the middle of a project, but we always have time for a quick chat. We don't use any fancy software to manage our lives, just a lot of pens and paper and the occasional phone call to check on things. It’s a steady pace of life at Ganesh Niketan, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It is what it is, and we just keep on going with our daily routines.
