Ganesh Creation

We’ve been at 449 Gopalak Galli for a long time now. M J Market is always loud and crowded, but that is just how things are here. Most days start with us opening the shutters and trying to clear some space among the rolls. It’s a small spot, really. We spend most of our time just moving things around so we can find what a customer asked for yesterday. Sometimes the lights flicker when the neighbor turns on their heavy machines, but we’ve gotten used to it. Gopalak Galli isn't the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but the locals know where we are. We don't have fancy chairs or a big desk. Usually, we're just sitting on the floor or leaning against the counter talking about the cricket score or why the tea guy is late again. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but there is never a quiet moment to actually get it done. People come in and out, some just to say hello and others to check on their orders. We keep the paperwork in a few old folders that have seen better days. It isn’t much to look at from the outside, but it’s where we spend twelve hours a day, every day except Sunday. Ganesh Creation is just us, trying to get things out the door while dealing with the heat and the noise of the market outside. We also have a small corner where we keep the old inventory that we haven't sorted in months. It’s just how it goes when you’re busy.
