M D Machine Tools is located over at 85 Patel Industrial Estate in Jogeshwari West. We are right across from the Vina Industrial Estate, so it's a very busy corner for machinery. Our workshop is usually full of the sound of metal and humming motors. We spend most of our time dealing with machine parts and tools that other businesses need to keep their factories running. The floor is concrete and often has a bit of oil on it, which is expected in this line of work. We aren't corporate people. We wear work clothes and get our hands dirty every day. The estate has been our home for a good number of years. We know the other shop owners around here. Sometimes we borrow a tool or help each other out with a heavy lift. It’s a practical life. We don't have a fancy office; our desk is just in the corner of the main shop floor. It’s where we handle the paperwork and take calls. Jogeshwari is a crowded place, and getting supplies in and out can be a challenge with the traffic, but we manage. We just focus on providing the tools people ask for. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us because they work nearby or someone told them we have the right gear. It’s just a straightforward, honest business where we work hard and keep things moving. We stay open late if there's a big order to finish.
