M B N Associates is based out here in Bhandup West. We’ve been at 111 for a while now, right across from Basant Cinema and the big container yard. It’s a busy area, lots of noise and trucks moving around all day. Most people know the cinema as a landmark, so finding us isn't too hard if you're coming from that direction. It’s just us working out of this spot. We keep things pretty simple. There isn't much to say about the office itself, it's just a functional space where we handle our daily business. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The container yard stays busy, which keeps the energy up around here. We usually start early in the morning. Sometimes the traffic gets a bit much, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a door and some desks where the work gets done. If you're walking past the old theater, you're pretty much there. We like being in this part of Bhandup. It feels real, you know? Not like those sterile corporate parks. There’s always someone moving something or a tea stall nearby. We just do our thing and try to keep things moving. It’s a straightforward setup. No frills, just the usual day-to-day stuff that needs doing. We've got our routine down now and don't plan on moving.
