Lucky Estate

Our office is at F/22 in the Pushpanjali Building, over in Andheri West. We are really close to the 7 Bunglows Bus Depot, so there’s always a lot of activity around us. Lucky Estate has been tucked away in this building for years. Andheri West is a huge, bustling place, and we’ve seen it grow and change from our window. It’s a bit of a maze around here sometimes, but we know these streets well. We aren't a big, polished company with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s just us in a regular office, surrounded by files and maps of the area. We deal with all sorts of people, from those looking for a small studio to those trying to sell a larger flat. We don't use any of that corporate talk you hear in the big offices. We just speak plainly about what’s available and what the costs are. Sometimes the bus depot makes the area a bit noisy, but we like the energy. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We spend our days making calls, checking on properties, and meeting folks who need a hand with their real estate needs. It’s a busy life, but it suits us. We don't promise miracles; we just do the legwork and try to get the details right for everyone involved.
