You can find us over on Marol Maroshi Road. Our spot is pretty easy to spot because we are right across from the Lucky Store, which everyone around here knows. Lucky Estate Consultants has been operating out of this area for a long time now. It’s a busy part of town, especially near Clarks Pet and C K Kamaraj Road Cross. The traffic can be a real mess in the afternoons, but that’s just life in this part of the city. Inside the office, things are usually a bit cluttered with maps and old folders. We aren't the type of place that cares about looking like a big corporation. We just care about getting the right papers signed and making sure people find what they are looking for. Some days we spend more time drinking chai and talking to neighbors than actually closing deals, but those conversations are how we find out what is actually happening in the market. We know which landlords are easy to deal with and which buildings have water issues. It’s that kind of local knowledge that keeps us going. We don't use fancy software to track things; we mostly rely on our memory and a few notebooks. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. If you need to find us, just look for the shop opposite the store. Someone is usually there unless we are out showing a property.
