We’re located at Shop No 9 in the Prathamesh Complex on Dr Dvg Road. If you know Andheri West, we are right opposite Panorama Tower. Lucky Estate Agency has been a fixture in this little shop for a good while. It’s a busy street, and we get a lot of people dropping in while they’re out running errands. The shop isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need. We have our desks, some old files, and a lot of local knowledge. We don't believe in using big words or making things sound more complicated than they are. Buying or renting a place is stressful enough, so we just try to keep things calm and clear. We know the buildings around Dr Dvg Road and the rest of Andheri pretty well. We see the same faces every day, which is one of the nice things about being in a local complex. We aren't part of some massive chain with offices everywhere. It’s just this one shop and a few of us working together. We handle the usual stuff—paperwork, showing flats, talking to landlords. It’s steady, honest work. We don't have a fancy website with flashing lights; we just have a phone and a front door that’s usually open. If you’re around the Panorama Tower area, you’ll probably see our sign.
