Our office is located in the Galleria Shopping Mall, which is part of the Hiranandani Gardens area in Powai. We’re right on Ambedkar Road. It’s a very modern part of the city, so there are always people walking around the mall or grabbing coffee nearby. Lotus Estate Consultancy is basically where we help folks figure out where they want to live or work in this area. We have a small desk with a lot of maps and listings printed out. It gets a bit noisy because the mall is always active, but we don't mind the energy. We aren't big-time brokers with suits and ties; we’re just regular people who know the buildings around Powai pretty well. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking over to show a property to someone. The office is really just a base for us to meet clients and sign papers. Sometimes the mall security is a bit strict, but it keeps the place orderly. We’ve seen this neighborhood grow so much over the years, and we just try to keep up with which apartments are empty and which ones are coming up for rent. It’s a straightforward job, and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. If you’re looking for a place in Hiranandani, you can just drop by while you’re doing your shopping at the Galleria. We usually have a fresh pot of coffee on the desk for visitors.
