Lotekar Real Estate Consultant is tucked away in Shop No 9 at Charkop Sai Mangal in Kandivali West. We are quite close to the Charkop Market, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving about nearby. It is a busy part of the world, and we like being right in the middle of it. Our shop isn't very large, but it serves its purpose. We keep all our files here and meet people who are looking to move into the Kandivali or Mankhurd areas. It’s a bit of a stretch between the two, but we know the shortcuts and the different buildings well enough. Dealing with property here means you have to be ready for anything. Some days we are helping someone find a small shop, and other days it’s a family looking for a two-bedroom place near the market. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us because they saw our sign while they were out buying vegetables or because a neighbor told them we were okay to deal with. We just try to get the job done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting on our stools waiting for the next person to walk in. It's a humble way to earn a living, but we enjoy the daily interactions.
