Ljtanna Realty Llp

Our office is located at Tanna House on Nathalal Parekh Marg. We are on the second floor, at 11/A. This is in the 400039 area of Mumbai, which is a bit of an older part of the city. Being Ljtanna Realty Llp means we work out of this classic building that has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit steep. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have our desks set up near the windows, and there’s always a breeze if we keep them open. It’s a different vibe here compared to the newer parts of Mumbai. Things feel a bit more established. We spend our hours going through property records and meeting with people who have lived in this area for decades. There isn't any fancy modern decor, just old wooden cabinets and plenty of paper files. Usually, the day starts with a coffee and a look at the local news before the phones start ringing. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small group of us handling the realty work. Sometimes the building can be a bit quiet, but then a client comes in and things get busy again. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people know the Tanna name or find us through word of mouth. It’s just a steady, everyday kind of place where we get our work done without any extra drama or noise.
