If you are looking for Link Well, we are in Shop No 7 at the Singapore Arcade in Khar West. It’s a good location because we are right opposite Pinky Plaza, which most people use as a main landmark when they are trying to find our door. Khar is a busy part of the city, and the arcade has a lot of different businesses coming and going throughout the year. We’ve stayed put in shop number 7 for a while now. We mostly spend our time talking to people who want to move into the area or maybe sell their old flat to someone new. Real estate can be complicated with all the rules and paperwork, so we just try to keep it as simple as we can for our clients. The office is small but it has everything we need to get the daily work done. We have a couple of chairs for guests and a desk where we go over the property maps and documents. It’s a very local operation. We know the buildings in Khar West pretty well and we know the people who live here. We don't put on any airs or pretend to be some big international firm with fancy suits. We are just local consultants who know the streets and the prices around here. People like that they can just walk in from the street and have a normal conversation about property without feeling like they are being sold something they don't want. It’s just how we run things.
